For your IT team

Some organisations' web filters and mail security block sites they have not seen before, and kojiex is new. If kojiex is blocked on your work network, or sign-in emails are being quarantined, the rest of this page is for your IT team. The steps take a few minutes, whichever filter you run.

The facts first

  • The site is kojiex.com, served over HTTPS from Cloudflare. Access is behind a sign-in. There is no public user content, no file sharing and no advertising.
  • The domain was registered on 2 August 2026. Filters that block newly registered or uncategorised domains are the usual reason kojiex is unreachable. The category we ask vendors for is Business.
  • Sign-in links arrive by email. kojiex email is sent through Resend and currently carries a neonpale.com sender address; that domain publishes SPF, DKIM and DMARC.
  • In the browser, the app talks to kojiex.com, to our database and authentication provider Supabase (*.supabase.co), and to our voice provider ElevenLabs (api.elevenlabs.io). Allowing kojiex.com alone is not enough if those are blocked separately.

Microsoft Defender and SmartScreen

If Edge shows "This content is blocked by your organization", or sign-in emails are quarantined, that is your tenant's policy and only your team can lift it:

  1. Open https://security.microsoft.com/reportsubmission.
  2. Under Submissions, add a URL submission for kojiex.com/* and select "Should not have been blocked (False positive)".
  3. Optionally, add kojiex.com to your Tenant Allow/Block List as an allow entry. Quarantined messages can be released and reported from the same Submissions page.

Zscaler

From a machine on your corporate network, open https://sitereview.zscaler.com, look up kojiex.com, and use the request form to suggest a category. We suggest Business or Professional Services. You can also add kojiex.com to an allow list immediately, without waiting for the review.

Netskope

In Skope IT, open URL Lookup, search kojiex.com and choose Report Miscategorization, suggesting Business. Netskope's usual turnaround is 24 to 48 hours; an allow-list entry works immediately.

Cisco Umbrella

Report a miscategorisation or add kojiex.com to an allow list from your Umbrella dashboard's support platform, suggesting Business. Umbrella has no route for non-customers, so only your team can do this.

Broadcom and Symantec (Blue Coat)

kojiex.com is categorised as Generative AI and Job Search in WebPulse. If your policy blocks either category, your team can set a local category override or add kojiex.com to an allow list in your ProxySG or Cloud SWG policy.

Any other filter

Add kojiex.com to your allow list, and if your vendor takes category feedback, suggest Business. The site serves a standard single-page web application from this one domain.
